Growthline Systems provides AI-powered business infrastructure, including but not limited to:

  • Lead capture and automation systems
  • AI-driven phone calling and SMS communication
  • Appointment booking systems
  • Performance tracking and analytics
  • CRM and workflow automation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

We may use artificial intelligence and automation as part of our services. You acknowledge and agree that such systems may operate without human intervention and may not be error-free.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse, interfere with or disrupt the system
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for how you use the system within your business.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable marketing, data protection, and telecommunication laws, including obtaining proper consent from your leads or customers before contacting them.

You may not use our services for:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Contacting individuals without proper consent
  • Any unlawful, misleading, or abusive activities

4. Consent to Communication

We use SMS and phone communications to follow up on inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide customer support related to our services.

By submitting your information or using our services, you expressly consent to receive communications from Growthline Systems, including:

  • Phone calls (including AI-assisted calls). Some calls may be conducted using artificial intelligence or automated voice systems.
  • SMS/text messages
  • Emails related to your inquiry or services

Message Details:

  • Message frequency may vary
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase

Messages are only sent to users who have provided prior express consent.

Opt-out

You may opt out at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to SMS messages
  • Replying HELP for assistance

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to improve lead conversion and appointment booking, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue outcomes
  • Number of leads or appointments
  • Business growth results

Results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, offer quality and sales performance.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Twilio (communication services)
  • GoHighLevel (CRM)
  • Advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google)
  • Automation tools (e.g., n8n)

We are not responsible for the performance, downtime or policies of these third-party services.

We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or continued operation of third-party services.

You acknowledge that such third-party services may handle data independently in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Payments & Fees

If applicable:

  • Fees for services will be agreed upon separately
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments and to recover any costs associated with collection.

8. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows and materials provided by Growthline Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, resell or redistribute our systems without permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthline Systems shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits or business opportunities
  • System interruptions or technical issues

Your use of the service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 30 days.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Growthline Systems from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws, or obtain proper consent from your contacts

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:

  • These terms are violated
  • There is misuse of the system
  • Required payments are not made

12. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.

14.1 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to outages, acts of government, or failures of third-party services.
