This Cookie Policy explains how Growthline Systems (operated by Axel Östling, sole trader) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function correctly, remember your preferences and improve your experience. Some cookies are set by us, while others are set by third-party services we use.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

Essential cookies

The essential localStorage record gls-cookie-consent-v1 remembers your choice. It records a visitor reference, time, notice version and advertising decision. Previous acceptance is retained when you withdraw. The first-party cookie gls_ad_consentmirrors the current choice for immediate server-side checks and expires after one year. LocalStorage remains until you clear it or change your choice.

Functional cookies

Calendly provides the embedded booking widget and scheduling popup. It loads independently of advertising consent as a functional booking feature, including when the homepage booking section is displayed. Calendly and its supporting services may use cookies for scheduling, security and payment functionality.

Advertising and Measurement cookies

Used to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and to attribute conversions such as demo interactions and consultation bookings. These are only loaded once you have consented to advertising cookies. No analytics tool is installed on this site.

Third-party cookies

Set by services we embed or integrate with. We currently use cookies (or similar storage) from the following providers:

• Calendly - used for the embedded scheduler and the "Book a call" popup. Calendly sets cookies to manage your scheduling session and to remember booking state. See Calendly's Privacy Notice.
• Stripe - Calendly loads Stripe resources as part of its booking widget, even before an advertising choice or payment. Stripe may use cookies for security and payment functionality. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Meta Platforms - the Meta Pixel loads only after you consent to advertising cookies. See the dedicated section below.

Our backend automations use GoHighLevel, Twilio, Vapi, n8n and Airtable. These services process form submissions, phone calls, SMS and workflow data on our behalf, but they do not set cookies on this website.

4. Meta Pixel

After advertising acceptance, this website uses Meta Pixel and matching server-side conversion reporting, provided by Meta Platforms, to:

• understand website usage
• measure advertising performance
• improve marketing campaigns
• measure conversion events such as demo interactions and consultation bookings

Meta may receive information such as:

• pages visited
• buttons clicked
• browser information
• device information
• IP address
• referring website
• conversion events
• consented enquiry email and phone, hashed before server-side sharing
• a consented browser identifier for matching conversions

The Meta Pixel loads only after you consent to advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. No Meta scripts or events are sent before acceptance or after rejection. Meta may set _fbp to identify the browser and _fbc when a Meta ad click identifier is present; these typically last up to 90 days. The advertising localStorage identifier gl_ext_id is created only for consented conversions. Withdrawal stops new browser and server reporting and deletes these first-party advertising cookies and identifier. Hashing does not make contact data anonymous. Data already shared with Meta is not recalled by withdrawal. See Meta's Privacy Policy. Ad clicks and impressions on Meta are counted independently of this website's cookie choice.

5. Embedded Calendly Scheduling

Our booking section embeds Calendly directly so you can pick a time without leaving the page. When the Calendly widget loads, Calendly may set cookies or use similar browser storage on their domain in order to manage your scheduling session. The inline widget loads when the homepage renders, and the popup loads when opened. Because Calendly provides booking, it continues to load before a cookie choice and after rejection of advertising.

6. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can update your choices at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. "Accept all" enables advertising; "Reject all" leaves it off. Closing the first-visit banner or settings without a choice rejects optional tracking. Opening settings later does not change your saved choice until you save or reject. New consent allows new events, not a replay of events that were blocked earlier. The same opt-in rule applies worldwide. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

• See which cookies are stored and delete them individually.
• Block third-party cookies.
• Block cookies from specific sites.
• Block all cookies (note: essential cookies are required for the site to work).
• Delete all cookies when you close the browser.
