The goal
No missed calls, even after hours.
What I built
- An AI receptionist in Vapi that answers every incoming call and handles common questions
- Live availability checks through n8n during the call, booking straight into the client's own calendar
- Callers can reschedule or cancel an existing booking on the same call
- "Call me later" requests get a callback at exactly the time the caller asked for
- After the call, n8n analyses the outcome, saves and tags the contact in GoHighLevel and logs the call in Airtable
