The goal
Let clients book and pay online with no manual admin, across 15 therapists with their own calendars.
What I built
- A Spanish booking website in Lovable with GoHighLevel as the backend
- One calendar and login per therapist, 15 in total
- Session packages paid upfront through Culqi (card, Yape, Plin), verified server-side before a booking is confirmed
- n8n creates the Google Meet link and sends WhatsApp confirmations to both client and therapist
- WhatsApp reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before each session
- Reschedules and cancellations synced to Google Calendar and confirmed by WhatsApp
- Each client's remaining sessions tracked automatically in a GoHighLevel pipeline
Result
Booking, payment, reminders and session tracking run without manual admin. Handed over with a Spanish guide for the therapists.
